Platinium Trust is a trust company incorporated in Panama, duly authorized by the Superintendency of Banks of Panama to exercise trust business in all of its branches, in or from the Republic of Panama. Our company is born from the experience of its promoters; we can boast of many years in experience in banking, finance, insurance, law practice and management, and management consulting.

Platinum Trust Company is an independent trust, which allows us to provide our customers with access to all financial and legal entities without conflict of interest.

The Platinum Trust Company maintains strategic alliances and commercial, local and international relationships with banks, law firms, auditors and consultants, securities firms, investment managers and investment banks among others. This allows us to offer our services to the customer trust while providing the added value of additional services that clients may require.
Privacy and confidentiality
The law grants privacy and protection of all information regarding clients in Panama. With new decree 2 dated 22 February 2008 (Decreto Ejecutivo No 52, de 30 Abril de 2008) which updates law 9 dated February 1998, the government asserts that customer protection is extremely important.
